About this Project

Advanced Geotechnical Solutions (AGS) was hired by Hal H. Hutchinson, P.E., to develop a geotechnical report based on geotechnical drilling and lab work. AGS provided geotechnical recommendations to repair a failed, paved area to the project site and recommendations for future use of retaining wall replacements.  Option to perform geotechnical analyses to separate aspects of the site saved the owner approximately 25% of the fees should the phases have been completed separately.
