Geotechnical & Materials Testing Support
In partnership with CEPI, Advanced Geotechnical Solutions (AGS) provided geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing for the new 21,600-square-foot Bar Nunn Town Hall. This multi-purpose facility includes a gymnasium, recreation center, and civic space to serve the growing community.
The project site had been previously explored for a smaller building concept, allowing AGS to build on earlier data and refine recommendations for the larger structure.
Our scope of work included:
- Nuclear density testing to ensure proper soil compaction
- Concrete strength testing to verify structural integrity
Despite weather-related delays, AGS supported successful site development through responsive field testing and reliable geotechnical input, contributing to a safe, well-built community asset.
